ELAF is an Omani technology center which creates collaboration opportunities with technical and industrial experts. ELAF is a technology spin-off of the German University of Technology in Oman, and work closely with Oman Hydrogen Center and other partners and stakeholders. Oman developed National Hydrogen Strategy – GUtech is a member of Hy-Fly which is a national hydrogen alliance.
